Overview

Exporting can be a long game and can expose a company to increased and different risks than it will encounter in its domestic market. To mitigate these risks, prevent unnecessary costs, and optimise success rates, it is important to ask difficult questions of the company around its readiness to export e.g. its know-how, capacity, resources, management, and support infrastructure.
